With Memorial Day weekend right around the corner, many summer staples find their way into constant conversation: the re-emergence of white pants from the back of one’s closet, cranking down the air conditioner to temperatures that resemble a Texas winter and the cold brew companion, acting as an energizing and refreshing drink.
While Chameleon Cold-Brew may have the word “cold” in its name, our coffee can actually be enjoyed at any temperature. Since the summer season is about to be in full swing, however, our classic buzz spends the majority of these months with condensation drops around its label.

Cold Brew Lemonade

When life hands you lemons… squeeze them into your favorite flavor of cold brew and enjoy! Blending these two drinks together is one of the easiest at-home tricks we’ve come across, adding the perfect hint of zest to an already flavorful drink. Feel free to swap the tonic water for sparkling and take your tangy, caffeinated brew to another level.
Ingredients
3 parts Chameleon Cold-Brew Black Coffee Concentrate
1 part lemon juice
1 part lemon zest simple syrup
3 parts tonic water
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients and sip away!
Cold Brew Spiked Snow Cone

Bring back a childhood classic with a boozy& caffeinated spin. Make any hot day enjoyable with your favorite cold brew, a handful of fresh fruits and a few shots of vodka blended together into the ultimate 21+ treat.
Ingredients — RED
1 cup pitted cherries
1⁄2 cup Chameleon Cold-Brew Ready to Enjoy Vanilla Coffee
1⁄2 cup water
1⁄2 cup vodka
1⁄4 cup sugar
1 tsp red natural food coloring
Ingredients — YELLOW
1 cup mango, diced
1⁄2 cup Chameleon Cold-Brew Ready to Enjoy Vanilla Coffee
1⁄2 cup water
1⁄4 cup sugar
1⁄2 cup vodka
1 tsp yellow natural food coloring
Ingredients — GREEN
1 cup Chameleon Cold-Brew Ready to Enjoy Vanilla Coffee
1⁄2 cup Pistachio Orgeat or Syrup (DIY or buy)
1⁄2 cup vodka
1 tsp green natural food coloring
Instructions
1. Blend red ingredients until sugar is dissolved and mixture is smooth. Cover and freeze in a shallow ceramic or glass container.
2. Repeat with other flavors, covering and freezing each in separate containers.
3. Freeze overnight.
4. Scrape the frozen mixtures with a fork until boozy, shaved ice is formed. Repeat for all flavors.
5. Serve responsibly!

Cold Brew Popsicle

Conquer that 3PM slump with a treat that keeps you energized AND full at the same time — cold brew popsicles. Simply pour a flavor of Chameleon Cold-Brew concentrate into popsicle shells (along with a few other ingredients) and stick the blend in your freezer for a few hours. If wanting to give your cold-brew pops some extra buzz, add some Bailey’s into the mix and enjoy the happiest of hours.
Ingredients
4 oz Chameleon Cold-Brew Mocha Coffee Concentrate
1⁄2 cup of dairy or non-dairy of choice
dash of cinnamon
dash of cayenne
touch of honey
Instructions
1. Mix all ingredients and put in popsicle molds.
2. Place in freezer for a few hours. Take out and enjoy!
Cold Brew Lemongrass & Ginger Cocktail

Anyone can mix alcohol and coffee together and call themselves a bartender, but this cocktail will have you conquering any backyard bash. Pour the final product into a mason jar and snap a photo by the pool for the perfect summer sipper.
Ingredients
2 cups of water
1⁄2 cup cocnut nectar
8 – 12 inches of lemongrass, bruised with the back of a knife
4 inches ginger root, rough chop
4 tsp turmeric
2 tsp black pepper
1 cup Chameleon Cold-Brew Black Coffee Concentrate
1 cup soda water
candied ginger to garnish
Instructions
1. Bring water, coconut nectar, lemongrass, ginger, turmeric and black pepper to boil.
2. Simmer until volume is reduced by half, about 20 minutes.
3. Let lemongrass ginger brew cool then discard the ginger and lemongrass pieces.
4. In each cup pour 2 oz of lemongrass ginger brew and 2 oz of Chameleon Cold-Brew Black Coffee Concentrate.
5. Fill each cup with ice and top with soda water.
6. Garnish with candied ginger and serve.
Cold Brew Soda Float

Float on cloud nine with a cold brew drink dessert worth melting over. Add a few scoops of your favorite ice cream (our go-to is Nada Moo!) and pour any flavor Chameleon Cold-Brew on top. Add some chocolate syrup if wanting to please your inner sweet tooth, and top with some Topo Chico bubbles for a bubbly consistency.
Ingredients
3TBSP chocolate syrup, divided
3 small scoops of Nada Moo! Vanilla Ice Cream
4 oz Chameleon Cold-Brew Vanilla Coffee Concentrate
6 oz Topo Chico sparkling water
Instructions
1. Put 2 TBSP chocolate syrup in the bottom of a 16 oz glass.
2. Add ice cream and pour in Chameleon Cold-Brew.
3. Drizzle ice cream with remaining TBSP of chocolate syrup.
4. Top with Topo Chico and enjoy!
