Cold Brew Hot Chocolate
Made with heated Chameleon Cold-Brew Black Coffee Concentrate

Ingredients
1 cup almond milk
1 date
1TBSP raw cacao powder
1⁄4 cup Chameleon Cold-Brew Black Coffee Concentrate
Instructions
1. Warm Chameleon Cold-Brew Black Coffee Concentrate and almond milk in a small pot over medium heat on the stove.
2. Combine the cacao powder and date in a food processor and blend until the date has the consistency of paste.
3. Pour the heated coffee and milk into the food processor and blend until smooth.
4. Serve in a mug and enjoy!
Cold Brew Dirty Chai

Ingredients
4 oz Chameleon Cold-Brew Black Coffee Concentrate
2 oz chilled chai
2 oz The New Barn frothed almond milk
Instructions
1. Heat up concentrate and chilled chai together on stove.
2. Pour hot mixture into a mug.
3. Add frothed milk.
4. Drink for warmth, energy and a yummy treat!
Cold Brew Hot Buttered Rum

Ingredients
1⁄4 cup spiced (dark) rum
3⁄4 cup Chameleon Cold-Brew Ready to Enjoy Black Coffee
1TBSP brown sugar
1TBSP butter
2 dashes cinnamon
1 dash nutmeg
1 dash ground cloves
small pinch sea salt
Instructions
1. Heat all ingredients except rum until hot, whisking occasionally.
2. Remove from heat and stir in rum!
3. Optional: top with whipped cream, nutmeg and a cinnamon stick.
Cayenne Cacao Cold Brew Latte

Ingredients
1 cup your favorite milk, we used coconut
1⁄2 cup Chameleon Cold-Brew Mocha Coffee Concentrate
2TBSP agave
3 tsp cacao powder
1⁄4 tsp cinnamon
1⁄8 tsp cayenne powder
Instructions
1. Heat ingredients then blend until frothy.
2. Dust with more cinnamon.
Hot Maple Horchata Coffee

Ingredients
4 oz Chameleon Cold-Brew Ready to Enjoy Espresso Coffee
2 oz Horchata
1 tsp of maple syrup
Instructions
1. On the stovetop, warm up the Ready to Enjoy Espresso Coffee. Be careful to avoid boiling the coffee.
2. In a mug or cup, combine the warmed espresso, horchata and maple syrup.
Cold Brew Hot Cherry Mocha Elixir

Ingredients
1⁄2 cup tart cherry juice
1⁄8 cup hemp milk
1 tsp maple syrup
1TBSP avocado oil
1TBSP cacao powder
1⁄4 cup of hot Chameleon Cold-Brew Mocha Concentrate
Toppings: hemp seeds, goji berries and cacao nibs
Instructions
1. Add first five ingredients into a mason jar and shake until mixture is frothy.
2. Pour 1⁄4 cup of heated Mocha Concentrate into a separate mug.
3. Top the coffee with cherry mixture from mason jar.
4. Sprinkle hemp seed, goji berries and cacao nibs on top.
Hot Peppermint Mocha Cold Brew

Ingredients
1 cup The New Barn Almond Milk Barista Blend
1⁄4 cup Chameleon Cold-Brew Mocha Coffee Concentrate
2TBSP granulated sugar
2TBSP cocoa powder
1⁄4 tsp peppermint extract
Instructions
1. On the stove heat milk and peppermint extract until it begins to steam, then whisk in cocoa powder and sugar milk becomes frothy.
2. In a separate sauce pan, warm the Mocha Coffee Concentrate.
3. Pour into your mug of warm Mocha Concentrate and top with Dandies all natural peppermint flavored marshmallows.
