Chameleon Cold-Brew Iced Camou Latte

Iced Camou Chameleon Cold-Brew Latte recipe (Inspired by @sawadacoffee’s Military Latte.)

Ingredients

  • Vanilla Bean Syrup Ingredients:
  • 14 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • Latte Ingredients:
  • 14 cup Chameleon Cold-Brew Vanilla Coffee Concentrate
  • 1TBSP Vanilla Bean Syrup
  • 1 tsp matcha green tea powder
  • 18 tsp spirulina
  • 1 cup of your favorite milk (we used coconut!)
  • ice

Preparation

  1. Make Vanilla Bean Syrup by simmering water, vanilla bean paste and coconut sugar in a small pot until it reduces by 23 and is syrupy, stirring occasionally for about 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
  2. Mix Chameleon Cold-Brew with Vanilla Bean Syrup. Pour into a glass and top with ice.
  3. Layer 12 cup milk over Chameleon Cold-Brew.
  4. Whisk 12 cup milk with matcha and spirulina until smooth then layer in glass.
  5. Stir to combine before drinking.
