- Lavender Simple Syrup
- 1⁄4 cup raw sugar
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1 tsp food safe dried lavender
- Lavender Fizz Cold Brew
- 3 oz sparkling water
- 3 oz Chameleon Cold-Brew Ready to Enjoy Black Coffee
- 1 tsp lavender simple syrup
- Combine all ingredients for lavender simple syrup into a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
- Bring mixture to a simmer and stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Pour over a strainer and discard used lavender flowers.
- Store simple syrup in an air tight container and chill.
- Combine lavender simple syrup with sparkling water and Chameleon Cold-Brew over ice and serve.
