Spicy Chameleon Cold-Brew Cocktail

Spice up your evening with our jalapeño-infused cold-brew cocktail featuring the bold flavors of mezcal, vermouth and our very own Chameleon Cold-Brew Black Coffee.


  • 1 – 2 thin slices jalapeño
  • 2 oz mezcal
  • 1 oz blanc vermouth
  • 1 oz Chameleon Cold-Brew Ready to Enjoy Black Coffee
  • 1 sprig mint or cilantro for garnish


  1. In a mixing glass, muddle jalapeño.
  2. Add mezcal, Chameleon Cold-Brew, vermouth and ice.
  3. Stir until well chilled, about 20 seconds
  4. Strain over 1 large ice cube in a rocks glass.
  5. Clap a spring of mint or cilantro to release oils then use to garnish drink.
