Spiked Cold Brew Cider

Tis the season for a boozy and buzzy drink with our Spiked Cold Brew Cider made with Chameleon Cold-Brew Mexican Ready to Enjoy Coffee.


  • Ingredients for Four Servings:
  • 3 cups apple juice
  • 1 bottle Chameleon Cold-Brew Mexican Ready to Enjoy Coffee
  • ½ cup cranberry juice
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • ¼ teaspoon whole cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon almond extract
  • ½ cup bourbon
  • Ingredients for One Serving:
  • ¾ cup apple juice
  • 3 oz. Chameleon Cold-Brew Mexican Ready to Enjoy Coffee
  • 1 tablespoon cranberry juice
  • Pinch of orange zest
  • 18 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch ground cloves
  • 1 oz bourbon


  1. Instructions for Four Servings:
  2. Add all ingredients except bourbon to a slow cooker and turn on low.
  3. Let cook 4 hours until hot and spiced through.
  4. Turn off heat then strain to remove cloves, cinnamon and orange slices.
  5. Stir in bourbon and ladle into mugs.
  6. Instructions for One Serving:
  7. Heat up all ingredients except bourbon until simmering.
  8. Stir in bourbon and enjoy!
